Great foods! Meat selection for taco are not enough variety but they all taste good! They also have a little dining area on the side which is convenient.

Mendoza's does everything exceptionally well! The quesabirria were absolutely perfect in every way with a really flavorful consomme. The carne asada torta is served on really soft bread and loaded with fillings that were balanced so no bite had too much of one particular filling. The chicken quesadilla was filled with lots of cheese and juicy chicken that was as good as it gets. The grill onions that came with the quesadilla were absolutely perfect with just the right amount of caramelization but not being over cooked. Its really technically challenging. The salsas were really good although some with low spice tolerance may find the red salsa a bit spicy. The only thing I think can be improved is just a bit more salt in all the dishes. Not too big of a deal though. Prices are very reasonable too for such great food. Don't pass this one up!
